The rest of the day moved like good conversation. Honest, unpolished, kind of electric. Just two people—me and whoever’s in front of the lens—chasing light, colour, and a feeling. Sometimes it’s a fashion shoot. Sometimes it’s for a small business, a rebrand, a fresh start. Sometimes it’s just because someone wants to feel seen in a new way. I love that. There’s something cinematic about the British seaside when it’s a little empty. A swing under the pier. A helter-skelter in the background. Everything feels like a memory the second you take the shot. This kind of work reminds me why I picked up a camera in the first place. It’s messy, fast, unfiltered—and the freedom of it feels honest.
